Journaling Technique to Form Positive Behaviors in Adolescents

Adolescence is an important period for the formation of health behaviors. However, data showed that more than 20% adolescents in Indonesia ever carried out risky behaviors towards their health. The majority include smoking, drinking alcohol, having premarital sex and drug abuse. aim study was to determine effectiveness journaling technique interventions (writing journals) positive adolescents. method used quasi-experimental a time series design 3 months. conducted from March May 2022. research subjects were grouped one intervention group which consisted 78 eleventh graders senior high school. results can effectively help form new with p value < 0.001.
